10 Habits For Emotional Health🤗

1. Guard your self-esteem.

Learning to feel confident and comfortable with yourself is an important habit for protecting your emotional wellness and safeguarding your well-being.

2. Improve your attitude.

Your outlook is one part of your emotional health that you can cyesontrol each day. When negative things happen or you start to feel negative emotions creeping in, turn those into positive thoughts. This will help you become more resilient, too.

Music helps…

3. Be realistic.

When you keep your expectations for yourself as well as other people more realistic, you are more likely to be happier, enjoy better outcomes, and learn more from your experiences. Unrealistic expectations set you up for failure and lower your self-esteem.

4. Lower your stress level.

Stress makes it difficult to manage your emotions well, and the hormones that are released when you are under stress can harm your health. Find enjoyable activities that help you cope with your stress and, where possible, eliminate sources of stress from your life.

5. Get enough quality sleep.

Sleep is crucial for your physical as well as your mental health, and when you do not get enough, your emotional well-being will suffer.

Sweet rest.

6. Cultivate strong connections to others.

Having strong and healthy relationships can improve your emotional and physical health. Having a wide circle of friends and people you can rely on will keep you healthier and happier throughout your life.

7. Do not stew.

When bad things happen in your life, it is important to process those emotions and then move on from them. Brooding over things that have already happened affects your mood and motivation.

8. Practice self-care.

Taking care of yourself is essential for your emotional health. This includes eating a healthy diet, engaging in activities you enjoy, taking a break when you need it, checking in with yourself regularly to make sure your needs are met, and finding work and leisure activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

Try this.

9. Honor your boundaries.

When you have strong emotional health, you know when to set boundaries that honor your wellness as well as how to keep others from disregarding those boundaries.

10. Value personal development.

Emotionally strong people understand the value of personal growth and development. They seek advice from others, search for new opportunities to learn, and focus on ways to better themselves and their lives.

Try something new…

Four Decisions That Determine Your Destiny

In Dr. Seuss’ poem, “The Zode in the Road,” a young Zode comes to a fork in the road and spends quite some time trying to decide which place to go to. He thinks about the possibility that one place may be too hot and the other too cool or one too high and the other too low. After scratching his head in indecision, the Zode finally decides to play it safe and “start off for both places at once!”

And that meant the Zode got nowhere.

What decision do you need to make? I implore you do something great with your life for Jesus’ sake. Don’t be a Zode. Don’t waste your life. Don’t live in mediocrity. Don’t just exist! Make the decisions that will determine your destiny.

There are four life-changing decisions that every person has to make:

1. To commit your life to Christ and become a part of his family. If you haven’t done that, what are you waiting on? Not to decide is to decide.

2. To commit to the habits that will help you grow spiritually. Don’t be a wishy-washy, lukewarm, shallow Christian. Go head on. Be all that God wants you to be.

3. To use your talents, gifts, abilities, and experiences to serve God and others. Some of you have been sitting on the bench, and it’s time to get in the game.

4. To share Jesus Christ with others. Once you know the Good News, you’re to become a messenger so that others may hear it, too.

“If you are … unable to make up your mind and undecided in all you do, you must not think that you will receive anything from the Lord” (James 1:7-8 GNT).

The decision is yours!

Real Conversation…New Life

Dear Holy Spirit,

I love you, thank you for showing me Jesus, being my Comforter, and  being so patient and open with me. I love You, thank You for loving me.

I’m reading about You and I’m becoming so acquainted and familiar with You. I’m getting to know. We are partners, one in Christ… YES IM GETTING TO KNOW  YOU!!!! I’ve got to know You so I can totally rely on You… I want You to be able to trust me in every temptation let my heart be clean of all lust and idolatry so that satan has no ground in me like my Lord Jesus.

Wow, I’m getting to know You….wow. Thank You Lord…

“Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him. (John 14:23 AMP)”

“Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me. I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing. (John 15:4-5 AMP)”

“If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. (John 15:7 AMP)”

John 14:13,14

– whatever I ask in Jesus name

Psalm 91

– Dwell, abide  in the secret place of the most high

So….Proverbs 4:23

Stand against covetousness, idolatry, lust, pride, and rebellion. And any desire or pursuit that opposes the will of God….stand, pray, and worship.

I hungered for acceptance and freedom and You have allowed me to see and receive. Now I have asked for a real courtship

And now You are wooing me to know You, I’m hungry to know You….. and by Your SPIRIT You are revealing Yourself to me…

John 16
